Welcome to Lakes Area Pet & People, We provide peace of mind for both you and your domestic pet while you have to be away.  We specialize in pet taxi service to the vets and home visits for pet care, grooming, obedience training, dog walking, pet feeding and puppy playing in the owner’s absence.  Serving the Greater Detroit, Michigan Lakes Region from our Sylvan Lake location, we are proud Members of World Care Pet Transport. Lakes Area Pet & People will pick up pets and deliver pets to all of Southeastern Michigan. 

We take care of cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, freshwater and saltwater fish, and caged birds.  We do not handle reptiles, barn animals or dogs larger than 150 pounds.

More than just Doggy Daycare, we’re all about People, too:

• Personal Services; “For when you need to be in two places at once.”
• House Sitting; check mail, water plants, check home security, etc
• Senior Aid Services: Prescription pick up, shopping and errands, companionship, pet visits to senior housing, etc.
• Recuperation Services: light yard work, light house work, clutter cleaning and organization, etc.
  Cooperate or private party services; grocery shopping, set up, serve, hostess, greet guest, food prep, serve drinks, clean up.
